Hi! I'm Andrea Marie.
I am a therapist turned coach who is a recovering perfectionist myself. Not to be too forward or anything, but...I probably know a lot about you. I am guessing you might be someone who has trouble getting started until you are sure that you have all of your i's dotted and t's crossed. I am also guessing that once you *do* finally get started, you probably move at a frantic pace, chasing an increasingly impossible ideal. Since we already know your attempts at perfection are futile, I am going to bet that you are pretty exhausted, overwhelmed, on edge, cranky, and (gasp!), a bit of a control freak. If any of that sounds like you, then you have come to the right place, because I used to be a lot like you. Ok, let us be serious...I am still kind of a lot like you, but that is why I say "recovering" perfectionist instead of "recovered perfectionist." So anyway, the only way out is through - See you on the other side!
